A TikTok video, filmed in London, peeks through a broken pavement block and reveals a public toilet hidden underneath.
James Warwick Johnson posted the remarkable video, shot opposite Camden Town tube station, showing a hole in the ground on the busy crosswalk.
As the camera slides to a broken piece of glass pavers and peers through the small hole, a toilet room can be seen directly below the street.
The bathroom, which is in a poor state with damage to the walls, floors and door, is a public toilet accessed by stairs on the crosswalk.
The Camden Council website suggests the toilet will remain open to the public.

James captioned the video with, “Camden is what real estate agents would call ‘lively.'”
He said, ‘I work across the street and noticed a hole. One of my colleagues said there is a toilet, so I immediately went to check it out, and I just thought it was hilarious.
Camden has been painted as a super “lively” area for tourists, but many locals see it differently. The toilet in the floor was a nice representation.’
TikTok users quickly came in with witty comments.

One referred to the glass pavement above the head that, they said, doubled as a skylight, adding, “Must be an extra fancy place.”
Another referred to London’s extremely expensive property market and joked that the bathroom was listed on property website RightMove as a one bed, one bathroom property for £495,000.
Other users joked that James discovered the entrance to the Chamber of Secrets from the Harry Potter series, while another said it was the entrance to Hogwarts.
Others said it was the perfect spot for a ‘tactical drop on a night out’, and another said, ‘Genius access to the toilet from the street above if you aim well.’
The video has been viewed three million times on TikTok.
