Bengaluru: Infosys today announced the opening of the Melbourne Living Lab to help clients, partners, start-ups, academia and government with digital innovation.

Following the launch of the Metaverse Foundry, Infosys Melbourne Living Lab will enable partners to test and incubate extended reality experiences in virtual reality areas.

The lab will also help accelerate ESG-focused innovation using digital technologies with practical sustainability offerings at its core, according to the statement.

The statement added that Infosys partners will be able to leverage solutions accelerators, digital experiences and frameworks to create and test innovations and prototyping and testing.

Solution accelerators leverage digital technologies including cloud, 5G, Internet of Things, 3D, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data and analytics, augmented reality, virtual reality, and industry use case processing in financial services, telecommunications, retail, and utilities. , manufacturing, and sports among others.
