A home cook has shared how she makes her signature whipped feta dip that is perfect for making this long Easter weekend for the family.

Sydney foodie Ayeh Manfre, better known to millions as Cooking With Ayeh, created the dip with a garlic tomato garnish and paired it with crusty Lebanese bread.

To make the dip, she first put a mix of cherry tomatoes and olives in an ovenproof dish and drizzled with a generous amount of olive oil.

How to make Ayeh’s feta dip:

Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • olives
  • Olive oil
  • 200 grams of feta cheese
  • 120 g Greek yogurt
  • Honey
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lebanese bread

Method:

  1. Place a mix of cherry tomatoes and olives in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil.

  3. Crumble 200 grams of feta cheese and scoop 120 grams of Greek yogurt into a food processor and grind the ingredients until smooth.

  5. Spoon the dip into a large bowl and garnish with an arrangement of delicious roasted olives and tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley to serve with crusty Lebanese bread.
