Like any working mother, Tarra Sloboduik found herself struggling to make time for exercise and healthy eating after having two children.

The Melbourne-based broker hit 91.6kg at her heaviest after consuming too many sugary snacks, soft drinks and large portions of food.

For a typical dinner, the mother of two ate two to three huge bowls of spaghetti bolognese, hot chips, and also a meat pie in one sitting.

The 35-year-old woman said her weight fluctuated after the birth of her second child seven years ago.

Determined to put on her weight once and for all before her wedding, she drastically dropped four dress sizes in an astonishing body transformation after eating “cookies.”

Before her weight loss, Tarra said she struggled to keep up with her lifestyle.

“I’d be so busy and I wouldn’t eat during the day and gauge for dinner, or I’d eat a huge lunch and miss dinner,” she said.

“I was never good at meal prep or meal routines.”

Her turning point to lose weight came after she was shocked to see herself in photos taken at an event in August 2018.

“I was in utter disbelief at how big I actually was,” she said.

“I always thought it was just the camera angle, but when I saw my photos at an awards show, the camera angle definitely turned out to be the right angle. I knew it was time to change my ways.’

And so she turned to Dr. Siegal’s “Cookie Diet” after coming across the weight loss program on her Facebook news feed. The cookie diet are low-calorie, protein-packed cookies that naturally suppress hunger pangs.

“When I read the comments, I was skeptical. I started researching and thought ‘what have I got to lose’ – except my weight, of course,” she said.

She started eating cookies every two hours.

“It was very useful for my lifestyle and easy to follow,” she said.

She began dividing them into packed lunches and setting an alarm at two-hour intervals to remind her when to eat the cookies.

During the first week, she encouraged herself to never go back to old habits, such as snacking and drinking sugary drinks.

Tarra said she knew she was on the right track when she looked at the scale and saw that she had lost two pounds after the first week of the diet.

She lost a total of 10 kg in the first month alone without exercising, followed by a further 6 kg in the second month when she started walking lightly

As her clothes began to loosen, the money she used to spend on sweet snacks and drinks was now spent on buying new clothes.

How does the cookie diet work?

dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet are just low-calorie cookies and contain a special blend of proteins that naturally suppress hunger pangs.

They taste like normal cookies, they are all natural, no artificial flavors. The cookies help control your hunger so you can stick to a low-calorie diet.

Weight-loss phase: nine cookies (one to two cookies every two hours) plus dinner (lean meats plus salad/vegetables).

Weight maintenance phase: Once the goal weight is reached, eat healthy meals and enjoy the cookies as a healthy, low-calorie snack between meals.

You can order the kit online with a month’s supply of cookies – and have it delivered to your door.

“My clients also noticed the weight loss and it felt great,” she said.

Throughout the program, Tarra learned to eat at set times and small, healthy snacks throughout the day.

“It’s amazing how your mood changes,” she said.

“I never chose a salad over a pub chicken parmigiana. These decisions were no longer forced, but now became instinct.’

‘I’m 35, but I feel like I’m 26! I now love my reflection in the window shops. I love watching my kids scroll through their camera gallery while giggling at the “bigger me”. I love meeting old friends I haven’t seen in months and hearing their comments, and I certainly enjoy asking the store clerk if they have a smaller size in the back.”

To maintain balance, Tarra continues to walk or run 5 km every morning before waking her children for school.

“The benefits are amazing and I’m full of energy all day long. I’m so proud to have looked as good as I did on my wedding day!’
